Lexchain, operated by Anna Wiśniewska, is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy applies to all users of lexchain.pro and purchasers of our hardware products. Our products and services are intended for customers within the European Union. If you access this website from outside the EU, please be aware that certain services may not be available to you.

We do not collect or store cryptocurrency seed phrases, private keys, or wallet data of any kind — these remain solely in your possession.

4. Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing

We process your data for order fulfilment, communication about your order, delivery, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations under Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for automated profiling or advertising.

5. Geographical Scope

Lexchain's products and services are offered to customers residing in the European Union. If you are located outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order, as certain services or delivery options may not be available in your region.

6. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies for the proper operation of the website. No advertising, social media, or tracking cookies are placed without your explicit consent.

7. Data Sharing

Data is shared only with logistics providers for delivery and authorities where legally required. All processors are bound by data processing agreements in accordance with GDPR Art. 28. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention Period

Data is retained as long as required for contract fulfilment and legal obligations — generally 5 years for tax and commercial records under Polish law.

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object (Art. 21). 1. Scope & Operator

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Anna Wiśniewska trading as Lexchain ("we", "us", "Lexchain") and customers for the purchase of Lexchain hardware crypto wallets via lexchain.pro. The version valid at the time of order shall apply. Lexchain products and services are offered exclusively to customers within the European Union.

2. What Lexchain Is — and Is Not

Lexchain manufactures and sells hardware crypto wallets for the purpose of offline storage of private keys. Lexchain is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, custodian, or asset manager. We do not provide trading, investment, or financial advisory services of any kind. Every device ships completely blank and factory-fresh. Your seed phrase and private keys are generated on the device by you and are never accessible to Lexchain.

3. Contract Formation

The display of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is formed only upon our written order confirmation. Order requests submitted via the website are non-binding until confirmed by Lexchain in writing. We reserve the right to decline any order request.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices include applicable VAT. No payment is taken at the time of order request. Payment is arranged after written order confirmation via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods. Invoices are due immediately upon issuance.

5. Geographical Availability

Products are shipped to addresses within the European Union. Orders from outside the EU may not be accepted or may require additional documentation and agreement. If you are unsure whether your country is covered, please contact us before placing an order.

6. Delivery

Delivery within 2–4 business days after payment receipt. Shipped from Warszawa, Poland. Free shipping on orders over €99 within the EU. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Warranty

A statutory warranty of 2 years applies for consumers under Polish and EU law, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. For warranty claims, contact compliance-admin@lexchain.pro with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, physical damage, or loss of the seed phrase.

8. Liability Limitation

Lexchain (Anna Wiśniewska) is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. Lexchain accepts no liability for any loss of cryptocurrency assets arising from loss, theft, or compromise of the customer's seed phrase, as these remain solely in the customer's control.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to firmware, software, website content, and trademarks belong to Anna Wiśniewska trading as Lexchain or her licensors. Open-source components are subject to their respective licences.

10. Prohibited Use

Products may not be used to circumvent security systems, for illegal purposes, or for unauthorised resale.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Polish law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence within the EU also apply. Jurisdiction is Warszawa, Poland.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. This right is provided under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Anna Wiśniewska trading as Lexchain by a clear, unambiguous statement before the deadline expires:

It is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. We will acknowledge your withdrawal promptly by email.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, the device must be:

• In its original, unactivated condition — meaning no seed phrase has been generated on the device.
• Returned in its original packaging, including all included accessories and documentation.
• Free from damage, signs of misuse, or tampering.

Important: Once a seed phrase has been generated on the device (i.e., the device has been set up and used to create or store cryptographic keys), the right of withdrawal may no longer apply, as the device constitutes activated digital content in accordance with applicable EU law. This is necessary to maintain the security and integrity of the wallet.

4. Effects of Withdrawal & Refund

If you withdraw, Anna Wiśniewska trading as Lexchain will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs from your choice of a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof of return shipment. We will use the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Return Shipping

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. 6. Cancellation of Order Requests

Since order requests are non-binding until Lexchain issues written confirmation, you may cancel your request at any time before receiving our written order confirmation — simply notify us by email or phone. No cancellation fee applies at this stage.

7. Non-Consumer & Non-EU Customers

Business customers (legal entities or persons acting within their trade or profession) are not entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Returns for business customers are subject to separate written agreement. Customers located outside the EU should contact us before ordering, as availability and return terms may differ.
